Mickey Friedrich

Mickey Friedrich

President & CEO

Mickey has helped found and lead two private companies since 2016, Driftwood Energy and Accelerate Resources. Mickey and the team at Driftwood aggregated 16,000 acres in the Midland Basin and drilled 24 wells resulting in 6,200 Boe/d & realized exits of $260MM. Mickey entered the industry in 2003 and spent the first 14 years of his career at Pioneer Natural Resources, NuTech Energy, and Halliburton. Mickey has a B.S. Biosystems Engineering from Oklahoma State University; M. Eng in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M; an MBA from the University of Oklahoma and a Professional Engineer in Texas #107311.

Ben Moffitt

Ben Moffitt

Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer

Ben has over 20 years of experience in energy M&A and upstream oil and gas operations. Through his career, Ben has managed complex acquisitions and divestitures, structured commercial agreements, and provided strategic counsel on matters ranging from corporate structuring to operational and risk management issues. Prior to joining Eiger, Ben held legal and business development roles at Merit Energy Company. He began his career in private practice at Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. and Hunton & Williams LLP. Ben holds a B.S. from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law.

Garrett Hennigan

Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Garrett brings more than a decade of experience across upstream and midstream oil and gas operations, with a proven track record in both business development and operational execution. Prior to joining Eiger, he held a variety of roles within the operations and acquisitions teams at Merit Energy Company. During his tenure, Garrett played a key role in asset acquisition and integration efforts, while leading operations across the Permian, Hugoton, and Arkoma Basins. Garrett holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mike has over 30 years of experience across the energy value chain, which includes midstream, upstream, power, renewables, and trading. He has held multiple roles including CFO EPIC Midstream, Co-CEO AABA Energy, CEO and CFO EnLink Midstream, Assistant Treasurer TXU Corp, Finance Manager Enron, and Audit Manager Arthur Andersen. Mike is the former President and current member of Dallas Petroleum Club and a current member of the Dallas Wildcat Committee. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

John Denman

Senior Vice President of Corporate Development

Prior to joining Eiger Holdings, John served on a four-person management team at POGO Resources until it was sold to a publicly traded company in 2023. POGO tripled daily oil production in a large, operated waterflood in Eddy county New Mexico over an 18 month period through a recompletion and optimization program. John began his career at Carrollton Mineral Partners and later served as an asset manager for White Rock Oil & Gas, where the company deployed >$200MM in institutional capital acquiring and developing conventional, operated oil and gas fields across the US. John holds a B.A. in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University and M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M.

Daniel Webb

Daniel Webb

Vice President of Finance

Daniel has served as VP of Finance or similar roles at Accelerate Resources, Concho Resources, and Milestone Environmental Services. He has also led acquisition and due diligence efforts for family offices seeking to aggregate capital and invest in the oil and gas industry. He served in energy investment banking roles at Evercore and Simmons & Company, where he focused on sell-side and strategic advisory engagements for upstream, midstream, and oilfield service transactions. Daniel began his career at KPMG, where he performed financial statement audits for several energy clients, including EXCO Resources, Parsley Energy, and NGP Energy Capital Management. Daniel holds a B.B.A. & Masters in Accounting from University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University.
